The Design Lead oversees artistic fulfillment for all event operations as it pertains to decor, costumes, and props. This role requires a mix of management, artistic and technical skill sets to ensure proper communication is upheld between fellow departments. You will lead the company by creating with sustainability in mind, recycling where possible, and reducing waste.

The Deck Stage Manager assists the Lead Stage Manager in executing all acts as established by the Creative Director. This includes assisting in disseminating information from relevant rehearsals, theatrical shows and nightlife events to all relevant departments, executing rehearsals & performances, and assisting various aerial acts as the lead rigger. 5+ years experience working in live events and familiarity with aerial rigging is required.

The lighting supervisor serves as the principal lighting designer and technician for theater and nightlife events while managing the scheduling of other lighting technicians. They are also accountable for all lighting equipment function and maintenance.

The Lead Audio Tech is the principal audio technician for theater and nightlife events while managing the scheduling of other audio technicians as needed. They are also accountable for all audio equipment function and maintenance.

Our Junior Graphic Designer works with the Marketing Director and the Art Director to create inspired branded assets in both print and digital, including marketing collateral such as event flyers, venue presentations and sponsorship decks.

The role of a Production Assistant is to support the production department during load in, install, and load out phases as well as full venue changeovers from one event to another, in an efficient and safe way.
